To secure your place on our workshops, we kindly ask for full payment at the time of booking. You can easily pay online, over the phone or in person at our store. You can book your place up to 24 hours before the workshop starts, as long as there are still places available. We value your time, so please make sure to arrive on time. 

Cancellations by You

We strive to keep our workshops affordable and valuable, which is why we have a clear cancellation policy. Please double-check your schedule before booking. If you are booking accommodation so you can attend a workshop, please ensure you have travel insurance.

If something comes up and you can’t attend:

With more than 14 days notice:

• We’d be happy to transfer you to another workshop (if there’s space).
• If there aren’t any suitable dates, we can add you to a priority waiting list and let you know when new dates are added.
• You can also send someone else in your place—just let us know in advance.

With less than 14 days notice:

• We can only transfer you if your place gets re-sold.
• If not, we can add you to a last-minute availability list. If we have open places 24-48 hours before the workshop, we’ll do our best to offer you a place at no extra cost, but please note this isn’t guaranteed.

Multiple Class Sessions

For workshops that happen over several sessions, we’re unable to offer catch-up sessions for any missed classes. If you need extra help, you might be able to book a 1:1 lesson, depending on your project and tutor availability. But this is not guaranteed.

Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel a workshop, we’ll try to give as much notice as possible and offer you the choice to transfer to a different date, receive a voucher for future use, or get a full refund. We won't be liable for any other costs you may incur due to our cancellation. So please ensure you have travel insurance if booking accommodation.

Zoom Workshops

Zoom Workshops work in the same way as in-person ones. Please make sure that you attend on time. You will be able to wait in the virtual waiting room until the tutor opens up the call. We are unable to offer catch-up sessions for any missed classes. If you need extra help, you might be able to book a 1:1 lesson, depending on your project and tutor availability. But this is not guaranteed. Please ensure that you have your camera on and that the tutor is able to see your work to be able to offer advice and support. 

Promotions and Offers

All workshop participants can enjoy a 10% discount on full-priced workshops booked on the day of their course. Please note that these discounts can’t be combined with other offers or used for gift vouchers.
