Shipping Information
We aim to ship your order within 2-3 working days, as long as the items are in stock. We are usually in the studio Tuesday - Friday so any orders received over the weekend will go out in our Tuesday post run. Just a heads-up, during our New Pattern and Kit launches, sales, and public holidays, this timeframe might change a little. Don’t worry though, you’ll get an email confirmation once your order is on its way!

For UK Shipping (Mainland, Islands, & Remote Areas)
Royal Mail Tracked 48hrs
We offer this service for a flat rate of £3.95. It usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive after dispatch, but please note that delivery times can vary depending on the location. Once your order is dispatched, Royal Mail will send you email updates about your parcel’s status, including the delivery date. If the day they’re due to deliver doesn’t work for you, you can even change it to a more convenient day.
Royal Mail won’t consider a parcel lost until 10 working days after dispatch. As it is not an insured service we are unable to make a claim or get any compensation as a small business for lost parcels.
If your parcel doesn’t reach you, we’ll work closely with you and Royal Mail to sort it out. In some cases, we may be able to send a replacement order, or offer a credit note or refund, depending on the situation.
Same-Day Dispatch?
While we aim to ship quickly, we can’t guarantee that your order will be dispatched the same day it’s placed. If you need your order urgently, please email us at jules@theclothcutter.co.uk or call 01386 355905, and we’ll do our best to get it to you as soon as possible!
Collection in Store
If you'd prefer to pick up your order, you’re welcome to collect it for free from our studio at Blackminster Business Park. Since we’re not always there, please let us know when you'd like to collect in the order notes. We’ll make sure someone is there to hand it over, or we can suggest another date and time if we are unable to be there.
Packaging
We’re committed to being eco-friendly, so all orders are shipped in recyclable brown paper envelopes (size depending). Fragile items are safely wrapped in bubble wrap. We reuse packaging materials that have been sent to us, keeping things as sustainable as possible.
