Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. So if for any reason you are not, please contact us in the first instance at hello@theclothcutter.co.uk.

Please note that cut fabrics, ribbons, trimmings and books are non-returnable.

If you receive any damaged goods, please contact us at hello@theclothcutter.co.uk. within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll guide you on how to proceed, and we kindly ask that you include a description of the damage with your return.

If you’re returning damaged items, we’ll cover the shipping costs, and we’ll send you replacements at no extra charge within 48 hours of receiving the damaged goods.

For pre-packaged items such as items of haberdashery or labels, you can return them for an exchange or refund if they’re unopened and in their original condition within 7 days of receiving them. In this case, you’ll be responsible for any shipping costs. Please note that we can’t take responsibility for items that may get lost or damaged during transit.

For refunds, we’ll process your return within 2-3 working days of receiving the items in their original condition, including all packaging. You’ll receive your refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
